The sketch a day project has been going pretty well. Some nights I end up drawing something at the last minute. I need to get into the habit of drawing earlier in the day. I just don't know what to draw. 

My journal goal is going well too. I've been able to get a lot off of my chest, but I don't know if it's enough. In a few weeks I have a doctors appointment, so I'll definitely be bringing this stuff up.

Over a month ago I made the choice to change my diet. I adopted a mostly vegetarian diet. I no longer consumed meat, the only animal products I eat are now eggs and dairy. I do have fish a few times a week, but no more than three times a week. 

This September I decided to make more changes. I am working on overhauling my online presence. This is why all of my previous posts have been taken down, at least for the time being. 

I started two projects on September 1st. The first is a 365 sketch project. Each day I will draw one sketch, even if it's a terrible doodle. As long as I draw something each day. In time I hope I can get back to drawing like I used to. 

The second project is more personal. My goal is to write in a journal at least three times a week. I hope it will help relieve stress and encourage healing. 

From this point forward, any updates I post will be about projects, entertainment (ie books or movies I am readings), artwork, and monthly updates on my budget.
